Go to My Trip and enter your membership PIN — the same one you use to view your existing itineraries.

On your dashboard, click "Request another trip" (or "Request your first trip" if you're new).

Fill in the same five-minute trip details form as always — destinations, dates, who's travelling, dietary needs, pace. Nothing to pay, your membership already covers it.

You'll get your new itinerary by email within 24–48 hrs — priority turnaround for members. It'll open with the same PIN you already have, right alongside your other trips.
